Monika Kraska is a photographer and filmmaker based in Canada. She holds a BFA from the University of Concordia in Montreal, Quebec, and has most recently completed a post-graduate program in Advanced Television and Film at Sheridan College with a focus on Cinematography and Directing.
Her photography has been exhibited in both Montreal and Belleville and has been published in numerous photography zines in both Canada and the U.S.A.
Her films "Still Here" and "The Muse Room" have premiered at Downtown Docfest (2020) and Quinte Film Festival (2019) respectively. Her cinematography for “A Long Way to Kansas” (2019) has most recently been recognized by Canada Shorts, having received an Award of Excellence.
